This past week, we tried a new experiment at an action. We’ve dubbed them “Rally Audio Bits” but there’s probably a better name if we thought about it more. On 5 days notice, to bring some levity to an action today in support of airline food service workers, we came up with the idea of making a series of flight attendant voiceover bits that reinforce messages of the campaign while clearly aligning with the industry in question for the workers and supporters present.

Running hard with the airline metaphors for cleverness, these audio bit were played at specific points in the rally program in between speakers, as a narrative arc from Take Off > Cruising > Turbulence > Landing. BBOI also provided a range of cultural programming at the action including custom vocal and rap performances.
